International trade courses, mentoring and coaching packages to get the best out of your importing and exporting resources

Delivered by specialists with decades of experience in overseas trade, including product marketing, documentary compliance, customs procedures, logistics, distribution and more, a broad range of off-the-shelf and bespoke training packages is available.

Online or face-to-face training

Training courses are currently available as live, online training sessions, usually delivered over Microsoft Teams. In-person will resume when permitted, with a blend of formats to be available in the future. Online delivery works particularly well for delegates who find it difficult to take time away from their business and attendees receive a copy of the course slides.

BCC accredited course syllabus

International Trade Matters delivers a full syllabus of course subjects accredited by the British Chambers of Commerce. These courses can be acessed through your local county chamber and you will find the latest courses listed HERE.

In addition to the Chamber syllabus, International Trade Matters delivers a programme of courses and masterclass lectures to cover every aspect of global trade. These include sibjects such as; AEO & AE Status, Export Quotations & Sales, Export Strategy & Tactics, Supply Chain Resilience, Incoterms® for Sales, and many more. BCC Accredited Courses

Our International Trade Training Programme is accredited by the British Chambers Of Commerce and is delivered in partnership with local Chambers. On completion of the programme, successful participants achieve a Foundation Award in International Trade which is equivalent to an NVQ 2 qualification.
