Understanding of the rules of origin when importing and exporting to Europe is something that companies that wish to trade with the EU need to understand.
On the 8th January, International Trade Matters are delighted to be offering a half day, online training course with International Trade and Compliance Specialist Mike Court, and Managing Director Linda Middleton-Jones, providing companies with an understanding of rules of origin.
Tariff free access to the EU has been agreed in the Trade and Co-operation Agreement as long as goods meet the requirements of ‘Originating Goods’.
Determining the origin of your goods will be essential to those companies that wish to continue or extend their sales or purchases with the EU without incurring tariff charges.
This course will outline the way to gain liberalised market access from wholly obtained products, originating products and/or status. It will cover tariff code shift, value added, cumulation, weight, value, tolerances and what constitutes as insufficient processing.
The course will run from 9.30am – 12.30pm on Friday 8th January, at a cost of just £220.00 + VAT.
If you will be importing or exporting in or outside of the EU this course will give you the understanding you need to take advantage of the free trade agreement, so sign up today.
