Incoterms® on 18th September.
This comprehensive, online course is designed to provide a thorough understanding of Incoterms® 2020, the internationally recognised set of rules that define the responsibilities of buyers and sellers in international trade. The course covers:

Export Documentation on 1st October
This online course is designed to equip participants with the essential skills and knowledge needed to prepare and process the documents required for exporting goods overseas. The course covers:

- Comprehensive guidance on the various types of export documentation, including invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin.
- Practical examples and user-friendly notes to ensure the skills learned can be effectively applied in the workplace.
- Up-to-date information on export procedures and compliance requirements.

For example, on Tuesday 17th September, Linda will be joining London Chamber of Commerce to deliver her Export Quotations and Sales Webinar. This webinar is designed to help businesses improve their international sales processes by providing insights into creating effective export quotations. Linda will explore the key components of a successful export quotation, best practices for setting expectations and obligations in international contracts and strategies to enhance sales force effectiveness and align sales campaigns with delivery capacity.

This interactive workshop addresses the key issues businesses should consider when planning to start an Export sales operation. This afternoon workshop will highlight the business disciplines which, if applied correctly, will significantly enhance export driven growth.
