NEW Global Trade Blueprint cohort for January 2024

Join the Global Trade Blueprint Group Session for business leaders in demanding roles

This condensed, group-learning version of the Global Trade Blueprint (GTB) is a great opportunity to give your business a boost whilst ensuring capacity for international markets.

GTB achieves a lot in a short timeframe, helping you to work ON your business without needing to step away from those important day-to-day responsibilities.

Over the course of just four intense half-day sessions and your own offline work, you’ll be able to stop, look and listen to your company, identify strategic needs and develop frameworks for growth and resilience.

Who is GTB for?

You’ll need to be a director or person with significant control at your company. Global Trade Blueprint is suitable for all sizes of company, from micros responding to their first international enquiry, to large corporations serving a portfolio of overseas markets. It enables a refreshed, dynamic and structured approach to commercial operations, designed to be resilient in a fast-changing and uncertain world. It has already helped achieve ambitious scaling targets, accelerated post-pandemic recovery and provided a successful platform for bringing in new export clients for a variety of companies.
