Survival in the hospitality sector is tougher than ever, so let’s focus on opportunities to reduce costs, increase revenue and develop efficiencies. 

Aimed at hoteliers, restaurateurs, publicans, café owners and similar hospitality premises operators, this session looks at strategies to improve buying margins by cutting intermediaries, concentrating or coordinating buying for several companies, own branding, negotiating skills and more. 

High running costs, difficult staff retention and unreliable footfall are all factors forcing us to seek new ways to exploit different types of value. David Peña will provide advice on the development of appropriate management structures through discussions, training, and case-studies with particular consideration being given to current developments in the sector.
