What is the Internationalisation Fund?
Launched in December 2020, the Internationalisation Fund provides match-funded grants between £1,000 and £9,000 to use for future business activities (subject to eligibility and availability) aimed at helping SMEs grow in new international markets. To secure a grant, businesses will need to fund a proportion of the costs themselves. These grants will be accessible for a limited time and are subject to funds still being available.
We are delighted to be joining Hampshire Chamber of Commerce, in partnership with the Department for International Trade South East, for a webinar on Wednesday 19th October (2.00pm – 3.30pm) to introduce the Internationalisation Fund.
International Trade Matters Specialist Frances Fawcett is a guest speaker, and alongside Hampshire Chamber will be joined by Rob Lewtas, Partner Relationships Manager, Department for International Trade as well as guest speakers: Marya Jabeen, Marketing Manager, Surrey Translation Bureau; and Janina Neumann & Eva Túnez Salvador, Co-Founders, Local to Global.
They will be covering what the Internationalisation Fund is, who it is for, and importantly what it can be used for.
