Lindy Stacey has over 20 years’ Operations and Supply Chain Management experience, working across large international corporations, SME’s and start-up businesses.
She is a hands-on general management professional with a history of developing and managing supply chains and business operations. Lindy has expertise in executing business development, including establishing new operating systems and procedures, identifying risks and opportunities, and training and managing teams.
She possesses experience and skills to drive business strategy with a proven track record across a range of performance objectives, including: Safety, Delivery, Inventory, Productivity and Quality as well as key projects and savings initiatives, achieving cost savings of over £4m.
Lindy can navigate compliance, ensuring adherence to policy and legislation and has working knowledge of implementing and maintaining ISO9001, TS16949, OHSAS18001 and ISO14001.

As an effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills, Lindy enjoys helping others to develop through coaching and mentoring, employee engagement, apprenticeships, graduate programmes, and succession planning.
She spends some of her spare time as an External Governor for a large multi campus college of further education where she is chair of the Audit Committee and an external governor link for Apprenticeships and Health and Safety. In addition, Lindy is an active committee member of the North Devon Manufacturers Association.
